These experts sit on boards of management and supervisory boards and focus on strategic planning for the development of companies. Each acquisition is managed by a project manager who is actively involved in day-to-day operational management. His remuneration is closely linked to the long-term performance of the company. This approach ensures flexible and informed decision-making and effectively minimises risk.
