We deal with the search, purchase and sale of investment properties.
Our goal is to find investment opportunities on the real estate market for us and our investors. And together we build a strong brand based on assets that make sense to us and have a high potential for stable and long-term profit.
We specialise in investing in properties with legal defects that are not suitable for the mainstream property market. Thanks to our distressed debt experts, we see the potential in these properties and the great opportunity that the market offers. In addition, we actively seek and obtain non-public offers for the purchase of properties in various locations in the Czech Republic.
At the same time, we also focus on buyouts and leasebacks. We help clients in difficult financial situations when banks are unable to provide them with an adequate solution. In these cases, we offer fast and effective debt repayment. Our services also include the purchase of real estate and individual shares.
How we invest
We invest in undervalued assets, especially in the Czech market. Most often these are purchases of apartments, houses and condominiums from foreclosures and insolvency proceedings. As a result, we keep the upper limit of the investment at 70% Loan-to-Value (LTV) of the property in question, which allows us to minimize the risk of falling property prices and maximize profit on future sales.
